By accessing or using Castmark Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Castmark Labs is a YouTube analytics and content recommendation platform that helps creators understand their channel performance and grow their audience. The Service requires you to connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account with a YouTube channel
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Castmark Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your YouTube content remains your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and we make no guarantees about their effectiveness.

8. Limitation of Liability

Castmark Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
